KAM Consulting provides HR advisory and consultancy services, including but not limited to:

2. Client Responsibilities

3. Fees and Payment Terms

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAM Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service to which the claim relates.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice to the other party. The applicable notice period will be outlined in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.

KAM Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal discussions in good faith. If unresolved, the parties may proceed to mediation or other appropriate dispute resolution processes in accordance with applicable laws.
